I Hear the Sound of Rain!

Lately I've been feeling some kind of way. I couldn't put my finger on it. I was feeling uncomfortable and a little unsettled. At first I thought it was anxiety or stress, but as I sought the Lord (after trying to discern if I was being oppressed), He revealed that what I was feeling was ANTICIPATION!

ANTICIPATION! Now that changes the game! I'm not nervous or anxious or even stressed, I'm anticipating a move in the Spirit! I had to remember that when you are connected to God's spirit you can discern when He is operating or moving. You can discern when something that is happening in the spirit realm that is about to manifest in the natural. You can feel it building and growing like a wave that is headed for the shore. It grows larger and larger and continues to swell until it crashes into the shore and covers everything in it's path. The wave cleans, destroys and even clears obstacles in its path. That's how I felt. Like something was coming! I felt it in my heart, my stomach and in my spirit! It started with a distant rumble, but now I'm discerning something more...I hear the sound of rain! I hear the sound of the abundance of rain!! Can you feel it? Can you discern it? There is a rain coming! The move of God is coming! The power of God is coming! The Holy Spirit is coming with fire! There will be signs, miracles and wonders poured out like rain from heaven! We've been waiting for the rain and it's upon us...get ready for the downpour!

1 Corinthians 2:9-10

but just as it is written,

“Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard,

And which have not entered the heart of man,

All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”

For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

I hear the sound of rain, it's pouring out, in the day. Come Holy Spirit, let your fire fall!
